Why is my feed showing old posts?

FeedFusion caches your feed and refreshes it automatically. If you need to force an immediate refresh, use the manual refresh button in your dashboard (limited to 10/month on the free tier).

For real-time updates, automatic refresh runs on a schedule based on your plan.

My Instagram account got disconnected. How do I reconnect?

Accepted Answer

Meta's access tokens occasionally expire if your Instagram account changes password or if you revoke FeedFusion's permissions. Go to your dashboard → Connected accounts → Reconnect.

Your existing widget embeds and API endpoints keep working — only the data source needs re-authorising.

Can I use one FeedFusion account on multiple websites?

Yes. Each connected Instagram account exposes a public widget script and JSON API endpoint that can be embedded on any number of websites. The Free tier covers one Instagram account; Pro and Agency tiers add more accounts. See pricing.

What happens if Meta changes the Instagram API?

Accepted Answer

FeedFusion handles all token rotation and API compatibility on the server side. When Meta releases breaking changes, you don't have to do anything — we update the integration and your widgets keep working.

This is the core reason FeedFusion exists.

Question 5

The widget isn't loading on my site. What should I check?

Accepted Answer

Three quick checks: (1) Is your data-public-key correct? Find it in your dashboard. (2) Is the script tag included before the widget container in your HTML? (3) Open DevTools → Console; FeedFusion logs setup errors there.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Cancel anytime from your dashboard → Account → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

If you're a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day refund right on your first paid subscription per Decree-Law 24/2014. See Terms §3.
