Is the JSON API really free?

Yes. The JSON API is available on the free tier with no artificial gating. You get full access to the feed endpoint, pagination, and all response fields. The free tier limit is 10,000 feed views per month and one feed. If you need more feeds or higher volume, the paid tiers cover that.

What counts as a view?

Accepted Answer

A view is counted each time the widget or API serves feed content to a visitor. It's not a page view — it's an actual feed render. If a visitor loads a page with your Instagram feed, that's one view. If they reload the page, that's another view. Views are counted per feed, not per account.

Question 3

Can I use one account for multiple clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Agency plan has no feed limit, so you can manage every client site from a single login. Each client gets their own named feed connected to their own Instagram account. You see all of them in one dashboard. The Pro plan supports up to 5 feeds — suitable if you're managing 2–5 client sites.

What happens if I exceed the view limit?

You'll receive an email warning at 80% of your monthly limit. If you reach 100%, the feed stops serving content until the limit resets at the start of the next billing month — or until you upgrade. Upgrading takes two minutes and takes effect immediately. The Agency plan has no view cap.

Can I remove the attribution badge?

The "Powered by FeedFusion" badge appears on the widget embed on the free tier. It's removed on Pro and Agency. If you're building for clients, a third-party badge on their site is not appropriate — attribution removal is a paid feature for that reason.

Question 6

What is an Instagram access token and do I need to manage it?

Accepted Answer

Instagram requires an access token to pull feed data from the API. Tokens expire every 60 days. FeedFusion handles token generation during the OAuth connection flow and rotates each token before it expires. You connect your Instagram account once and never touch a token again.

Question 7

Do you support Google Reviews?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Google Reviews integration is coming in Phase 2. When it ships, existing subscribers will get Google Reviews feeds within their current tier limits at no extra cost. No new subscription, no price change.
